Even though I ordered a ton, the staff made me feel so welcome and even encouraged me to get more! Everyone is incredibly kind. A huge shoutout to Pebri—they were so sweet at the pool, and I was so touched that they remembered my name and room number at breakfast today! Total highlight of my trip!"

"Had a fantastic breakfast at Alaya, Ubud. The experience was made even better by our server Sumi, who was incredibly attentive, helped with everything we needed, and spoke excellent English — a real credit to the team. And other staff were very helpful. The highlights were the barista-made coffee (excellent quality) and the à la carte menu, which really stood out compared to the buffet selection and felt genuinely special. We loved the dragon fruit smoothie, truffle avocado toast, and the ricotta banana bread, along with plenty of other delicious options - too many to mention. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and thoughtfully done. An excellent start to the day — highly recommended!"
